Summer Sunday School for
Elementary Students (Pre K-4th)

Our Sunday School will be less formal but engaging and fun for the children this summer. We will meet at the Pavilion and use the Hands-On Bible Curriculum. This curriculum provides hands-on experiences for children through games, crafts, snacks, music, and interest centers. We want our children to discover the Bible in a fun way that encourages them to come to Sunday School. The summer modules will focus on Elijah, Ezra & Nehemiah, and School. The three classes will be combined and volunteers are needed each week to assist the lead teacher. If you would like to help nurture our children’s spiritual growth by volunteering, please contact one the children’s ministry leaders: Miriam Camargo, Becky Wilson, Karen Jones, Angie Ketchum.

Vacation Bible School (VBS) is July 19-23 from 5:45 - 7:45 P.M. The theme is G Force (God's Love In Action) and our children will be Navigators at the G Force Adventure Park. The G-Force Adventure Park will help children discover that they can use God’s power in their lives to help them Move! Act! Care! Follow! And Share! Click here for the VBS Registration page.

“Unplugged at the Pavilion” has officially been rescheduled for Sunday, July 26!  So bring your lawn chair and come enjoy the fun, food, games & fellowship at 5:00 p.m. at the pavilion behind the church!

Epworth’s Summer Festival will be here before we know it! Mark your calendars now for Saturday August 22nd for a GREAT time of fun, food and fellowship!

Country Gospel Concert Planned!
Sunday July 5th at 5:00 p.m., come and hear some wonderful music performed by Walter Plant, who resides in Livingston, Texas. Walter is a friend of the Mayfield family and will be in town that weekend and has agreed to share his music with us.  The concert will be held in the sanctuary at the Historic Site. A love offering will be taken to help with his expenses.  Mark your calendars now!

We need to be at the Salvation Army Center by 5:15 pm. Contact Teresa Gary or Tim Underwood if you would like to go or have questions.
